For 22 years, Vivian’s familiar voice guided officers to every type of emergency with unwavering devotion. Known for her kindness, humor, and warmth, she brightened the days of her colleagues, often treating officers on quiet midnight shifts to pancakes or French toast. She was proud to share stories about her family, especially her grandchildren, and her presence left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
